Head pulling machine

The CUJ16 Head pulling machine is a high-speed, high-precision unit designed to dehead and partially eviscerate small pelagic fish with no damage to the product. Its unique pulling action removes the head in front of the collarbone while also removing the attached viscera in the traditional manner.

It can be used as a single module incorporating a manual feed table, or with the automatic feeder, which automatically orients the fish headfirst and places the into stainless steel fish pockets. Utilized in this manner, the CUJ16 Head pulling machine can process up to 300 fish per minute.

Suitable for anchovy and similar species, the CUJ16 Head pulling machine is fylly adjustable to accommodate fish within a range of 20-70 pcs/kg.

Designed to operate 24 hours a day, and preform the work of approximately 15 operatives, the CUJ16 Head pulling machine is the ideal solution for those operations interested in economically maximizing product output.
