Service technicians |
Our service technicians and service personnel have long experience of handling sophisticated machinery, both for our extensive match machinery range and our packaging machine program. Thanks to our long experience in the match machinery business, our service organisation has an unique experience in servicing machinery in a number of countries all around the world. Arenco has a number of specialised technicians in many fields - non-match and match machinery, match chemistry and raw materials - which cover all your service requirements after the delivery and installation of the machine. During the visit at your factory our service technicians will make a diagnostic analysis of the machinery. They can make proposals of renovationsm upgrades and modifications of production systems. During the visit they can also provide training and make adjustmens on machinery. |
Technical agreements for match factories |
| Technical agreements between Arenco and leading match companies have been in force for manya years. They enable our partners to benefit from Arenco´s know-how based on years of experience. The companies receive the support needed to stay competitive and prepare for further developments. An Arenco senior specialist will visit your factory regularly every year - normally one week - to provide support and advise you. Depending on your needs, the specialist will be a senior technician, a match chemistry expert, or both. |
